From there, around 2011and 2012 he began conceptualizing for his new platform, in 2012 he kicked of his new company Introhive for help to keep data accurate and easily using AI (Artificial Intelligence), from this project Glidden was come to lime light by helping other business holders. In 2023 Introhive formed 400+ employees.
